5.0 100+ Google reviews When do you need a Level 2 electrician on the Central Coast?
You need a Level 2 Accredited Service Provider for any work between the network and your property: service mains, overhead and underground connections, private poles, meter installs, disconnections and reconnections. A general electrician cannot legally do it in NSW. Fusion holds Level 2 accreditation, so the network side and the house side stay with one crew.
What Central Coast customers say about Fusion
Highly recommend Fusion for any electrical work. Great communication and response. Josh has carried out previous jobs for us and is always excellent. Lachlan attended our last job. He was great! Text as he was on his way, arrived on time, checked everything thoroughly and was very informative. Lovely guy to deal with. Thanks Fusion, a great team!
We recently used Fusion Project for electrical upgrades, CCTV installation, and a new security system, and the whole experience was excellent. The team was professional, reliable, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Their workmanship was outstanding, everything was installed neatly, and they took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left.
Highly recommend Fusion Electrical. The team was professional, reliable, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Communication was great, they showed up on time, and the quality of work was excellent.
Couldn’t be happier with the work from Fusion Electrical during our renovation. From the initial rough-in right through to the final fit-off, everything was handled professionally and to a very high standard.
I recently had electrical work completed by this company and couldn’t be happier with the service. Max and Lachlan were both professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly.
Had Lachie come in and do some electrical in my house. He was a tidy efficient worker and had amazing manners towards me and my family. Wouldn’t hesitate in giving him the call out again.
What a fantastic experience working with Fusion. The team, especially Lachy, were great to deal with from start to finish. Lachy was incredibly efficient and professional with the work he carried out. He helped us install our new TV and iPad for the performance testing section in our gym, and it looks unreal.
Lachie was amazing, super helpful and he did a really good job with my switchboard upgrade. Would not recommend him enough, 10/10!
Max and Lachlan did an unreal job installing ceiling fans and downlights at my house last week, super nice boys and left the place spotless, absolute legends.
The boys at Fusion have done a fantastic job changing our power points. Lachie was very professional and easy to talk to.
Lachie was on time, professional and did an amazing job putting in 6 downlights. Highly recommended.
The way Josh handles the process from start to finish is above and beyond, couldn’t recommend a better example of customer service.
The network-side work only a Level 2 electrician can do
Some electrical work happens between the street and your switchboard (the service line, the connection, the private pole), and by law only an accredited Level 2 Authorised Service Provider can touch it. A standard electrician legally cannot.
Fusion provides Level 2 ASP services across the Central Coast: new and upgraded connections, private pole installation and replacement, point of attachment repairs, overhead and underground service lines, and emergency work like a service line down or a barge fuse failure.
If your power is out because of a problem on your side of the network, or your project needs a new connection, this is the licensed work that gets it sorted.

What you get with Fusion
New Connections
New service connections for homes and builds.
Private Poles
Private pole installation and replacement.
Point of Attachment
Repairs where the service line meets the home.
Service Lines
Overhead and underground service line work.
Barge Fuse / Emergency
Emergency network-side work when the power is out.
Metering
Meter installation and relocation coordination.
What Level 2 work covers
Level 2 work is the connection between the network and your property. Common jobs include:
Service connections
Connecting new homes and buildings to the electricity network.
Consumer mains upgrades
Upgrading the supply between your point of attachment and switchboard.
Private pole work
Installing, replacing or repairing privately owned poles on your property.
Point of attachment
Repairing where the overhead service line attaches to your home.
Underground services
Installing and repairing underground service lines.
Emergency response
Service line down, barge fuse failure and other urgent network-side faults.

Accredited Level 2 work, done safely
Level 2 work involves the live network and the connection to your property. It carries serious risk and strict accreditation requirements. It is not work to hand to anyone without the right authorisation.
As an accredited Level 2 ASP, Fusion handles the connection-side work and the general electrical that follows, so you deal with one team from the pole right through to the powerpoint.
- Accredited Level 2 ASP
- Network connections and private poles
- Emergency network-side fault response
- One team from the pole to the powerpoint
- Workmanship backed by our 7-year warranty
